  • What is CBD?

    CBD (Cannabidiol) extracted from hemp is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that naturally occurs in hemp. 
    There are hundreds of other cannabinoids, like CBG and CBN, but CBD is the most well-known for now. Good for relaxation, anti-inflammation, stress relief, sleep aid, muscle pain, and focus, CBD is a natural response to life’s modern-day problems.

  • What is the endocannabinoid system? 

    In the early 1990s, scientists discovered the endocannabinoid system, a biological system of endocannabinoids found in the immune system, central nervous system, brain, organs, connective tissue, and glands. Cannabinoid receptors found on the surface of your cells are ubiquitous throughout the body and assess the environment around each cell. They transmit information on current conditions to the cell and thereby jump-start the proper cellular response, if necessary. Properly functioning receptors have the crucial function of creating homeostasis in your body’s cells which keeps you healthy and operating at your best.

  • Are baseline products lab tested? 

    Yes! On each product page, there is a link to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that specific product. The COA includes information including potency, residual solvents, mold, and heavy metals, of which we have absolutely none. 

  • What is the shelf life? 

    Our capsules have a 1-year expiration date, which is printed on the bottle label. 

  • Is CBD Legal?

    Yes! On December 20, 2018, President Trump signed the 2018 Farm Bill. That means that hemp is now permanently removed from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and is legally considered an agricultural commodity, just like tomatoes, soy, and strawberries.  The FDA has not come out with its recommendation on ingesting cannabinoids. One more reason to purchase Baseline—a brand committed to quality, integrity, and transparency.

  • Will I get high after ingesting a baseline capsule? 

    No. Baseline CBD is extracted from industrial hemp, therefore it contains less than .3% THC, the compound that causes the feeling of being “high.”  

  • How much CBD do you put into each serving? 

    At baseline, we believe that taking high-quality CBD in low daily doses through a superior “liposomal” delivery mechanism is the proper way to ingest the compound and gain the most benefits (anti-anxiety, anti-inflammatory, increased focus, better mood). We put 10mg CBD in our daytime formulas and 25mg in our nighttime formulas.

  • How do I know if the CBD is working? 

    After 4 to 6 weeks of consistent CBD ingestion, notice if there are improvements in your wellbeing. CBD is intended to help you find homeostasis and equilibrium and live your best life.

  • Why do you use full-spectrum CBD in your products?

    The term “full-spectrum” refers to the extraction process. Instead of grabbing the isolated CBD molecule, our process extracts more of the plant’s nutrients—including terpenes, vitamins, minerals, and adjacent cannabinoids. These additional plant elements, paired with the CBD, create the “entourage effect” and provide greater benefit to the body and mind.

  • Do you offer Free Shipping?

    All orders over $65.00 are eligible for free U.S. ground shipping. 

  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed? 

    We usually ship your order within hours of receiving it in order to get you your new Baseline product as quickly as possible, therefore we are unable to offer cancellations. That said, please contact us immediately at care@baseline-wellness.com to discuss an issue.

  • Once I place my order, when will I receive my package?

    Our standard shipping is through USPS and will arrive between 3 and 7 business days. 

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. Check back in with us—we hope to ship to other countries soon! 

  • Do you offer Refunds? 

    For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your Baseline product, we will refund your purchase if we have received your order within 30 days of purchase.
